The Cleveland Browns First and Ten Food Drive presented by Sugardale, will be hosted on November 4th as the Browns take on the Chiefs at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Each year through the First and Ten Movement, the Cleveland Browns offer a signature opportunity for fans to volunteer, #give10 and help their community on gameday. The gameday collection supports the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio having provided more than 58 million meals in the last year to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties.

As the Browns take on the Chiefs on November 4th , prior to gates opening, fans are invited to give back by bringing one of the items to donate and/or cash donations to those in need before the holiday season. The collection begins at 11:00am and runs until kickoff. The Greater Cleveland Food Bank recommends donations of the 'Super Six' items including: tuna, peanut butter, cereal, soup, vegetable and beef stew.

Volunteers from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank will be outside the gates helping to collect items – look for the 'Donate Here!' signs.

Throughout the past five years, more than 120,000 meals have been made available to families in Northeast Ohio thanks to the Browns First and Ten Food Drive alone.

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is a First and Ten community partner that distributes food to more than 940 local partner agencies and programs annually. They also have hot meal programs, shelters, mobile pantries, programs for the elderly and SNAP outreach efforts. The Greater Cleveland Food Bank seeks to bridge the meal gap, connecting individuals with the nutritious meals they need to succeed. Throughout Northeast Ohio, one in six people is food insecure – meaning they may not know where their next meal will come from.

Each year, the Browns and Greater Cleveland Food Bank also come together to put on Taste of the Browns, an event featuring Cleveland's top chefs that raises money and awareness to combat hunger in the local community. In September, the 20th Annual Taste of the Browns was co-chaired by LB Christian Kirksey and alumni WR Josh Cribbs and raised enough money to provide nearly 1,000,000 meals to those in need in the Greater Cleveland community.

Through Browns Give Back, the Cleveland Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10.
