Special, hour-long edition of 'Building the Browns' debuts tonight

"Building the Browns," an in-depth series that takes viewers behind the scenes in Berea during Cleveland Browns training camp, returns tonight at 7 p.m. on WEWS NewsChannel 5.

This week's episode puts a heavy emphasis on the Browns' loaded rookie class, which is highlighted by 14 draft picks and a number of talented undrafted free agents.

Exclusive, one-on-one interviews with most members of the group are sprinkled throughout the hour-long episode. Among the features are third-round quarterback Cody Kessler looking ahead to his future, the four drafted wide receivers discussing how veteran coach Al Saunders is getting the best out of them every day and a meeting of past and future Browns, as legend Hanford Dixon meets with rookie defensive backs Trey Caldwell and Derrick Kindred to explain the history of the Dawg Pound and detail what it takes to bring your best every Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Also in this week's episode, vice president of player personnel Andrew Berry and director of player personnel Chisom Opara break down the film of the team's undrafted free agents, who will fight for roster spots over the next month.

This week's episode will run for a full hour while the next four installments, which will air before the team's preseason games, will be 30 minutes. A full replay can be found on ClevelandBrowns.com shortly after it airs on WEWS NewsChannel 5.
