Elk + Elf and Jefferson HS start a band to bring students together!

Jay Kelly, Brownie, and the Cleveland Browns SITG! team up with Jefferson H.S. and the Director of Bands Fred Burazer! Burazer approaches band like a team and himself as a coach building a team family oriented environment that helps the students grow. The best way to fight absenteeism is to care and provide excitement!

Elk + Elf teamed up with the Cleveland Browns Stay in the Game! Attendance Network for our third educator surprise, and this time we headed to Bay Middle School. We celebrated 8th grade teacher Ms. Papcke-Russell — the kind of educator who builds real connections with her students while also holding them accountable. She knows that consistent attendance leads to stronger outcomes, and even offers free tutoring to help her students succeed.

To say thank you for the impact she's making every day, we surprised her with gift cards for her class, new TI-84 calculators for her students, a personalized Browns jersey, and a few self-care treats just for her.

Because educators like Ms. Papcke-Russell go the extra mile — and it deserves to be celebrated! Thank you, Ms. Papcke-Russell!

For our second Elk + Elf educator visit with the Stay in the Game! Attendance Network, we stopped by Central Primary School to surprise Ms. Roberts, a social worker who goes above and beyond for students and families. From organizing Friday Food Bags to connecting families with essential resources, she truly meets people where they are and makes a difference every day.

We surprised her with a new tablet, a comfy office chair, personalized Browns jersey, and some well-deserved self-care goodies to say thank you for everything she does.

The Cleveland Browns and Elk + Elk are excited for this new season of "Elk+Elf" and are ready to provide even more support to individuals and organizations in Northeast Ohio.

Last week, Elk + Elf joined forces with Stay in the Game! to pull off a surprise for an incredible educator at Lorain High School. We cleared her supply list and made sure she had everything to support her students in getting to school each day. Watch the video to see the surprise unfold!

This week, Elk + Elf visited the Berea Fire Department to spread some holiday cheer to the real-life heroes in our community. We showed our appreciation with pizza, Browns gear, tickets, and VIP tailgate invites. A huge thank you to all first responders for all you do to keep our communities safe.

This season, Elk + Elk, a proud partner of the Cleveland Browns, has teamed up with Brownie the Elf to create "Elk and Elf", a duo on a mission to support Northeast Ohio organizations and individuals. Last week, Elk + Elf visited St. Augustine Hunger Center, a local organization that cares for Cleveland's poor, disabled, and homeless. Elk + Elf helped stock the food pantry and donated hundreds of gloves, scarves, and hats to be shared with the people served by St. Augustine.

We've teamed up to create "Elk + Elf", a duo dedicated to supporting Northeast Ohio organizations and individuals. For our first outreach, we visited Boys Hope Girls Hope, stocked their resource room, and met with the scholars they serve.
