Why join NEXTGEN STM?
Season Tickets are sold out at Cleveland Browns Stadium and NEXTGEN STM, the official waitlist of the Cleveland Browns, provides you with the earliest opportunity to obtain season tickets once they become available. Plus, enjoy a variety of benefits for being a NEXTGEN STM!
Is there a cost to joining NEXTGEN STM?
There is a one-time deposit of $100 per seat required to become a NEXTGEN STM, which is applied towards your future purchase of season tickets once they become available. All deposits are non-refundable.
How do I join NEXTGEN STM?
You can become a NEXTGEN STM by purchasing a deposit here.
What happens to my deposit?
Your NEXTGEN STM deposit secures your priority on the waitlist and is applied to your purchase of new season tickets.
What is a Premium Club Deposit?
A Premium Club Deposit provides priority to purchase season tickets with access to Premium Club locations (TCP Club, Draft Room, KeyBank Club, Kardiac Club, Vivid Seats VIP Lounge Experience, Premium Terrace Seats), when available and after our Season Ticket Member renewal window has closed.
How do I obtain a Premium Club NEXTGEN STM Deposit?

Can I make a specific seating request?
We cannot guarantee that you will have the opportunity to purchase seats in specific locations. Once you become a Season Ticket Member, you'll have the opportunity to upgrade your seat on an annual basis if selection is available.
Is there a limit to the number of deposits I can place?
You may place up to four deposits (4 seats).
How will I know if I've successfully joined NEXTGEN STM?
You will receive email confirmation once you've joined NEXTGEN STM and made your deposit.
Does joining NEXTGEN STM guarantee season tickets for next year?
Joining NEXTGEN STM provides you with the earliest opportunity to obtain season tickets once they become available, but does not guarantee access for the upcoming season. Ticket availability is determined after the Season Ticket Member renewal process has been completed each year. NEXTGEN STM members will be the first group contacted to acquire new season tickets following the annual renewal process.
How will I know if I have secured season tickets?
Availability is determined after the Season Ticket Member renewal process has been completed. If season tickets are available, we will start working through NEXTGEN STM members, starting with Premium Club Deposits and then by join date. If you are contacted, you will be able to select from the available season ticket inventory.
If I'm contacted about season tickets and am unable to purchase them at that time, can I decline the tickets?
Yes, you are eligible to defer twice before your NEXTGEN STM priority will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
Can I gift a NEXTGEN STM seat?
Yes! A NEXTGEN STM seat makes a great gift. NEXTGEN STM deposits are not transferable, so make sure their information is accurate and up-to-date.
Can I change the name on my account after it's been created?
NEXTGEN STM deposits are not transferable.
