*How do you give back?#give10

Name: Gary Offerdahl
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:
Gary was recently recognized by the American Red Cross. As a First and Ten community partner, they promote ways to give back and #give10. Most people only know of their opportunities to give blood, but they also have humanitarian efforts in your local market. One of these includes the ability to save a life by helping end home fires. You can do this by checking and changing smoke alarms so that home fires become less common.

Name: Adrienne Kincaid
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:
Adrienne was recently honored for all of the great work she does in the community. A dedicated volunteer with her church and local mainstay, Adrienne's passion for people and community doesn't go unnoticed. She founded Kincaid's Kindred Spirits with a focus on those with sickle cell anemia and the sickle cell trait. She hopes to help improve their lives with support, love and a bevy of resources.

Name: Tim Roberts
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:
Tim is a former police officer who has also worked for CMSD schools where poverty rates can reach nearly 90 percent. He has been influential in these neighborhoods where anger, sadness and self-destructive behavior run rampant. He has also started community programming that offers young men an alternative and teaches critical thinking, problem solving and becoming constructive, contributing citizens and role models.

Name: Anthony Griggs
Hometown: Pittsburgh, PA
How they give back:
Anthony is a Browns alumni who has a big heart and is consistently giving back to his community and the ones around the greater Cleveland area. He has visited nursing homes and is always making time for the youth. His current endeavor includes collaborating with a local philanthropist to provide scholarships and financial planning services to those who hope to continue on to higher education but are in dire need of resources and funding. While it's still being developed, they are searching for candidates with the grades to achieve their dreams and greatest need so a true impact can take place.

Name: Wayne Biser
Hometown: Columbiana County, OH
How they give back:
Wayne is a 7th grade teacher in Crestview Local School District. He is a pretty giving person and gave his class a challenge to give back and do good. He did this by growing his hair without a cut for more than two years. When it was pretty long he and the students came to the agreement with the principal that he would be willing to shave his head in conjunction with the American Cancer Society Penny Drive. The Penny Drive typically raises between $1,500 and $2,000. This is an awesome and competitive way for him to get his students thinking about giving.**

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10
