Name: Payton Hometown: Cleveland, OH What you do to give back?
**Payton chooses to give back to the community by making an impact in the diabetic community.  One of Payton's goals is to organize a diabetic walk in his hometown to raise awareness for those who live and have to deal with the effects of diabetes. Payton says that this disease affects him personally, as four of his own family members have it. Because of this, Payton went on to say that he would love to give back to the diabetic community in any way that he can. Thanks, Payton!

Name: Nicole Hometown: Cleveland, OH What you do to give back?
Nicole chooses to give back by providing financial literacy to people in the community that do not have the same financial education opportunities. Nicole sits on the board for the Parent Aide Program which helps provide counseling and support for families in the community. Along with this, Nicole also is a founding member of a young local professionals group helping make a difference and change the reputation for the Richland County area. Thanks, Nicole!

Name: Alex Hometown: Cleveland, OH What you do to give back?
**Though it is still early in the new year, Alex and her six-year-old daughter have some special plans for this coming holiday season. Alex's daughter whose birthday happens to fall 6 days before Christmas, on December 19th, has decided to donate gifts to those in need instead of asking for anything for herself. Along with this, Alex plans on volunteering some of her time to different camps throughout the year.

Name:  Nick
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
What you do to give back?
Nick chooses to give back in the community through his efforts of volunteering time in youth sports. Nick has coached youth sports such as softball, basketball and track and field! Along with helping young athletes in these various sports, Nick also helps run youth sports camps in the summertime which also leads to helping students raise money for new uniforms! Thank you for stressing the importance of youth athletics in our community! #give10

Name: Catherine
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
What you do to give back?
Catherine teaches at a rural school and chooses to give back through helping the youth growth through education and using the First and Ten movement! Catherine says that she gives her time to build strong, independent, self-sufficient people. Catherine works with each student to earn 'kindness coins' by going out of their way to help other people. Catherine says that they take this practice seriously as she wants to stress to the kids just how important giving back can be. Catherine is also in charge of signing up the entire elementary school for the First and Ten movement! Thanks, Catherine!

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10.
