Browns DE Emmanuel Ogbah will miss 2nd straight game

The Browns will be without Emmanuel Ogbah for the second straight week.

Coach Hue Jackson ruled out the third-year defensive end for Thursday night's game against the Jets after Ogbah missed Sunday's loss to the Saints because of an ankle injury.

"Emmanuel won't make the game this week," he said Tuesday, "but we're getting closer – which I'm excited about that."

Cleveland could also be without veteran linebacker and captain Christian Kirksey (ankle/shoulder) and free safety Damarious Randall (heel).

Kirksey missed his first career game last weekend while Randall did not practice Tuesday, Jackson said.

Ogbah, who the final six games of 2017 with a foot injury, sustained an ankle sprain in the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
