The NFL announced the kickoff time change Sunday evening. The game was originally slated to start at 1 p.m. CBS will carry the game.
The Ravens need to beat the Browns to clinch the AFC North. If the Browns win and Steelers beat Cincinnati, the Steelers will win the AFC North and the Ravens will be eliminated.
The Browns on Sunday beat Cincinnati to secure a third-place finish in the AFC North.
