The Cleveland Browns on Monday signed sixth-round pick defensive back Charles Gaines. General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement.
Gaines, who played college football at Louisville, is the third of the Browns' 12 draft picks to sign, joining tight Randall Telfer and linebacker Nate Orchard, who were inked last week.
