Tickets set to be available for 2018 Browns Draft Tailgate

Tickets for the Browns' 2018 Draft Tailgate are set to go on sale this week.

Season-ticket member registration begins Wednesday at 10 a.m. while general public registration starts Friday at the same time. All tickets are free of charge, with a maximum of six tickets per account.

For the second straight year, the Draft Tailgate will be held April 26 in Cleveland's Municipal Parking Lot to celebrate the first night of the draft.

"It's such an authentic thing to Cleveland. If you're not from Cleveland, you really don't know what the Muni Lot is," said Carlos Oseguera, director of fan experience and special events. "But if you are, you know that's kind of the location where a lot of our fans spend prior to going to FirstEnergy Stadium as early as 5 a.m. tailgating and having fun. It's authentic to us, and we wanted to make sure that, moving forward, everything we do is authentic to Cleveland and its fan base".

The tailgate, which runs from 6-11 p.m., will feature various oversized television screens to watch the draft, food trucks, beverage portables and more. Current Browns players and alumni will also make appearances throughout the evening.

The Browns, owners of the first and fourth overall picks in the 2018 NFL Draft, are positioned to add two cornerstone-caliber players. Last year's tailgate watched as Cleveland add three first-round picks in defensive end Myles Garrett, safety Jabrill Peppers and tight end David Njoku.

Gates for vehicles are set to open at 4 p.m., while gates for the public open at 5:30 p.m.
