Browns CB Troy Hill, who was taken to a Boston-area hospital after sustaining a neck injury in Sunday's game at New England, was released from the hospital Sunday night. Hill has been diagnosed with a cervical (neck) sprain and is scheduled to travel back to Cleveland on Monday.

Hill logged 34 snaps and registered five tackles and was one of three Browns who left the game early due to injury. CB AJ Green and WR Anthony Schwartz each left the game with concussions.
