• Native of Mililani, Hawai'i and attended Mililani High School, where he broke Tua Tagovailoa's Hawaii state high school record for career passing yards (9,948).

• Named after NFL Pro Bowl RB Corey Dillon. Older brother is named Garrison after former All-Pro NFL RB Garrison Hearst and his younger brother is name Roman after NFL MVP QB Roman Gabriel. Father, Garrett, played QB at Hawaii.

• Graduated from Oklahoma with a degree in multidisciplinary studies.
