• Native of Canton, Ohio and attended McKinley High School. Played safety and wide receiver in high school, also played baseball.

• Cites LeBron James as his biggest influence due to growing up in the same area and how he continues to give back to the community. Fannin received a bike from the community outreach when LeBron James donated bikes to kids in the Canton/Akron communities.
