2026 NFL Combine Primer: What you need to know

One of the marquee events ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft is set to kick off in Indianapolis, as team executives, coaches and scouts travel to the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine to gather information on over 300 prospective players.

The Browns hold two picks in the first round at No. 6 and No. 24 and have a total of 10 draft picks. The NFL combine is another opportunity for the front office to evaluate the talent of players. Not only can they gather information from the on-field workouts, but also the meetings held off the field to help inform their decisions in the draft come April.

Here's what you need to know about the NFL Combine heading into a full week in Indianapolis.

TV Schedule

Live coverage of on-field workouts will take place on NFL Network and streaming on NFL+ beginning Feb. 26. Draft Prospect Facts

A total of 319 prospects have been invited to attend the 2026 NFL combine. Texas A&M is the top represented school at the NFL combine with 13 players invited, followed by Alabama with 12 and Ohio State and LSU each with 11 prospects. Rounding out a list with double-digit players invited is Georgia, Oklahoma and Miami each with 10 prospects.

Browns Draft Picks

The Browns have 10 total draft picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. Following the end of the 2025 season, Cleveland landed the No. 6 overall pick and hold a second first-round pick at No. 24 from a draft-night trade with the Jaguars. They hold their own picks in Rounds 2-5. In addition, they also have a fifth-round pick from Las Vegas (QB Kenny Pickett trade), a fifth-round pick from Cincinnati (QB Joe Flacco trade), a sixth-round pick from Chicago (DE Joe Tryon-Shoyinka trade) and a seventh-round pick from Seattle (C Nick Harris trade).

Experts Outlook on the Browns

In the three latest mock draft roundups, draft experts and analysts predict who the Browns could take with their two first-round picks at No. 6 and No. 24, as well as in the second round at No. 39.

Cleveland Browns Daily

Cleveland Browns Daily, presented by Bally Bet, will air live from Indianapolis from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. Nathan Zegura and Beau Bishop will be on site from the Indiana Convention Center, where they will interview a number of NFL experts and other special guests. Executive Vice President of Football Operations and General Manager Andrew Berry is slated to join the show on Tuesday from radio row, and head coach Todd Monken is set to join on Wednesday. The show will be video streamed on Tuesday and Wednesday and can be heard live on the Browns mobile app, and streamed on the audio section of ClevelandBrowns.com, @Browns_Daily on X and Youtube.com/Browns.
