**Nick chooses to #give10 in his community by giving back to the youth! Michael is 19 years old and made the decision to step up and help a group in need. Michael is the leader of a tiger cub scout pack. The former leader of the tiger cub scout pack quit half way through the year and if nobody stepped up they would have collapsed and had to quit scouts. Without, Michaels commitment, the scout packs would be more longer. Michael also chooses to spend his time teaching at the boy scout camp all summer long. Thanks Michael!

What you do to give back?
Alex, from Cleveland, gives back to the community with the goal of keeping youth education a priority. Thanks Alex, for stressing the importance of back to school education and keep our youths minds sharp!!

Name: Catherine
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
What you do to give back?
Catherine teaches at a rural school and chooses to give back through helping the youth growth through education and using the First and Ten movement! Catherine says that she gives her time to build strong, independent, self-sufficient people. Catherine works with each student to earn 'kindness coins' by going out of their way to help other people. Catherine says that they take this practice seriously as she wants to stress to the kids just how important giving back can be. Catherine is also in charge of signing up the entire elementary school for the First and Ten movement! Thanks, Catherine!

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10.
