High school is such a transformative time in a young person's life and can often set the foundation for a successful career.

For many of the Browns, they paid a sizable thank you to their high school coaches who developed them on and off the field to reach the level they're at today as part of the inaugural "Thank You Coach" weekend in Cleveland.

OBJ & Jayse

As he often does before kickoffs at home games, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. spent some time making someone's day.

In Sunday's case, he took a moment out with Jayse from Make a Wish.

Jarvis Landry honored during pregame Sunday

Last week, wide receiver Jarvis Landry was announced as the Browns' nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award for his performance on the field and in the community.

Before the game got underway Sunday, he was honored on the field.

A reminder that the player whose unique hashtag is used the most from Dec. 12-Jan. 12 will receive a $25,000 contribution to their charity of choice, while the second and third place finishers will receive $10,000 and $5,000 donations, respectively, all courtesy of Nationwide. Hashtag information and official rules can be found at nfl.com/manoftheyear.

Escape in "the Ville"

Seems like some of the guys had some fun recently at the Escape Room in Strongsville.

Holiday cheer

Defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi held his third annual #ChristmasWithLarry event. Ogunjobi sponsored more than 20 kids from the Cleveland area with $250 each for a shopping spree!

Speaking of the big holiday week, if you needed a last minute Christmas touchup for your phone, say no more. We've got you covered.

Last Call

Lineback Mack Wilson's tweet following the loss Sunday put it better than we can, so this is how we'll leave this edition of the BSMR as the Browns look to finish 2019 with a W against the Bengals.
