Aditi Kinkhabwala
Aditi Kinkhabwala just completed her third season as an NFL on CBS sideline reporter and CBS Sports contributor across all platforms. She appears on linear TV, CBS' streaming channel CBS Sports HQ and the company's social channels, and also writes on cbssports.com. Prior to joining CBS, Aditi served as a national correspondent at the NFL Network (2012-22) and spent two years covering the NFL at The Wall Street Journal. Aditi is a graduate of Cornell University and sits on the boards of the Children's Home of Pittsburgh, a nonprofit pediatric specialty hospital, and the NFL Player Care Foundation, which helps former NFL players. Aditi currently lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, her nine-year old son (whose flag football team she has coached the last three years) and her five-year old daughter (who was born in Cleveland and is convinced she's a Browns fan).
Izzy Geraci
Isabella Geraci is a receiver for the U.S. National Flag Football Team and Gold Medalist at the 2024 IFAF Flag World Championships. A multi-sport athlete from North Ridgeville, Ohio, she excelled in basketball and track at North Ridgeville High School before playing Division I basketball at Cleveland State and USC Upstate.
After college, Geraci returned to football, quickly rising through the ranks to compete on the international stage. In her first major tournament, she recorded 39 catches for 464 yards and five touchdowns, leading the team in receiving yards in three games. She is now preparing to try out for the 2025 National Team, aiming to compete in the Continental Championships and The World Games later this year, with her long-term sights set on the 2028 Olympics.
Geraci comes from an athletic and supportive family—her parents, Tamara and Scott, encouraged her multi-sport journey, while her brother, Nicholas, is currently serving at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Passionate about growing the game, she uses her platform to inspire young athletes, proving that football is for everyone.
Mike Daniels
Mike Daniels is an experienced football coach and NFL Senior Consultant for Football Development, with a background at both collegiate and professional levels. He was previously Georgia Tech's running backs coach, where he developed players and contributed to program success. Before that, Daniels coached running backs at Buffalo, helping the Bulls rank 29th nationally in rushing offense in 2021, with three players combining for nearly 2,300 yards and 21 touchdowns. He also turned around Princeton High School's football program in Cincinnati, leading the team to its first playoff appearance in 14 years.
Daniels' coaching experience spans Statesboro High School, Kennesaw State, and Cincinnati, where he contributed to two Big East Championships and Orange and Sugar Bowl appearances. He also gained NFL experience with the Cincinnati Bengals through the Bill Walsh Minority Coaching Fellowship.
A former running back and wide receiver at Cincinnati, Daniels was a team captain and Academic Honor Roll member. He and his wife, Monica, have two children, Paris and Sydney. His leadership continues to impact football at all levels.
Stephanie Kwok
As VP and Head of Flag Football at the NFL, Stephanie Kwok leads the League's flag football strategy and programs in the U.S. and globally, working in close partnership with the 32 Clubs. Since being introduced to flag football in college intramurals, Stephanie has been part of the flag football ecosystem, operating a tournament company and playing in leagues in New York City. Stephanie's career has spanned sports, consulting, and teaching/executive coaching, including companies like FanDuel, Madison Square Garden, Parthenon-EY, and Reforge. Stephanie earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
