Starting this season, print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available for entry into all NFL games including Browns home games at FirstEnergy Stadium. Mobile tickets are required and are accessible via the Browns Mobile App (click here to download the app).

1. Ensure that the most recent Browns Mobile App update has been downloaded.
2. Add the ticket(s) to the cell phone’s mobile wallet 24 hours in advance of the event.
3. Have cell phones in-hand with the ticket visible when approaching FirstEnergy Stadium gates and while proceeding through security check-in.
For more information on mobile ticketing or to watch an instructional video on accessing mobile tickets, click here.
