*How do you give back?#give10

Name: Clarence Bell
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:* *Clarence Bell or better known as Cap is one of the biggest volunteers around. Cap has over 2,000 hours of volunteering and most of them come from helping out at the local Veterans hospital (VA). Cap is a former military member and served 10 years in the 82nd Airborne and 30 years on an aircraft. Cap also suffered some injuries while serving and lost both of his legs. Despite being injured, nothing has stopped Cap from helping others. Cap goes around the VA and visits with soldiers and mentors them and shows them that despite their injuries nothing can stop them. Cap not only donates his time but also donates vegetables that he grows right at home. When asked why Cap continues to give back he said he wants to show the people that nothing can hold you back.

Name: Brett Lipton
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:Brett has been volunteering for eight years at his local temple, Temple of Israel. While volunteering there he and the rest of the volunteers help make and distribute sandwiches each week out to the homeless. Since they started doing this they have already made and distributed an estimated 95,000 sandwiches. Brett and the rest of the volunteers make sandwiches every week even if their religion prevents them from personally eating. When asked why he continues to do it he says that since he is on disability and he wants to help out and #give10 whenever he can.

Name: Lila Stedmeyer
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Lila and her daughter go around in their local communities and help people out. Their most recent venture has been donating school supplies. Lila's daughter initially had the idea to help these kids out because she didn't understand why some people couldn't afford them. Once Lila's daughter learned about kids in need, they then came up with a plan and decided to raise profits from a bake sale to buy school supplies. Both Lila and her daughter love to give back and they said that since they are blessed enough to be able to give back they will continue to do so.

Name: Allen Kelly
Hometown: Delta, OH
How they give back:* *Allen and his wife have volunteered for many years. They presently volunteer almost weekly at Playhouse Square, Akron Civic Theatre and University Hospitals Portage Medical Center. They have recently taken over the Lifeline Alert system sponsored by the hospital auxiliary. The energy and happy times they experience with the people they help keeps them on track to continue.

Name: John Hasapes
Hometown: Delta, OH
How they give back:Throughout the football season, this year and years past, John and other veterans from the Delta Legion Post 373 raise the flag at all home football games, march in parades, present the colors on memorial day, cook Sunday breakfasts, and visit the elderly at nursing homes. They do not just want to go for 10 yards, they're going for the touchdown 100 yards! They support the Local 4-H, sponsor the Boy Scouts, and sponsor the local sports teams. They also have a reverse raffle ever year, in which they utilize that money and then more in their community. They have a safe haven for Halloween, were they set up the hall and invite the community to use as they make and serve more than just candy and pop for the children in costumes. They do so much John cannot list it all.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10**
