Browns Community Highlights - January 29

For this edition of the First and Ten Highlights we would like to highlight those who share their story on social media. We want to know how you #give10, help your community so be sure to post your photos on Instagram and Twitter using #give10. It's so cool to see how it unites Browns fans, staff and players together for the greater good.

Browns Backers Worldwide are always getting out into their community to #give10 as a group for great causes. Many clubs have focused on civic activation, youth development as well as health and wellness awareness events and fundraising.

The Burnt River Browns Backers were instrumental in helping to #give10, by donating cash and toys during the Browns First and Ten Toy Drive, benefitting Toys for Tots. They host an annual pregame event that is dedicated to raising funds and supporting the great cause.

The Strongsville Browns Backers kicked cancer's butt this fall by raising money and participating in a kickball tournament to help families with children undergoing treatment afford the medical bills.

The Pumpkin Patch Browns Backers continue to #give10 and help their community in various ways. During the Game day Toy drive they raised more than $400 for Toys for Tots, they also help local kids by hosting fundraisers throughout the year to

The Tidewater Browns Backers have also been very active in their community supporting breast cancer awareness as well as conducting food drives to support the local food bank and a toy drive serving families in need.

The Pike's Peak Browns Backers in Colorado were able to #give10 by supporting a great cause financially. Each season they provide a non-profit or a worthy group with a check to help them continue in their efforts to making the community a better place.

Other groups from schools to girl scout troops, churches and nonprofits are doing whatever they can to #give10, help their communities.

Yoga Bliss Studio has been in the swing of things making sure that the can positively impact the community by reaching those all around the Greater Cleveland area by providing free yoga classes to the public. This is a platform to promote health and wellness, while also reaching those who may not normally have the chance to do yoga.

Memorial middle School is also finding ways for their students to give back and #give10! They are getting active in their communities as well as in their gymnasium by working on their fitness. This month they hosted a book drive by donating a book for children without. When students donated a book, they were rewarded with a wristband that they could give them to those in need who would like to read.
