*The Cleveland Browns are committed to the community. Through the First and Ten movement, the Dawg Pound is encouraged to share what they are doing to give back. In honor of Thanksgiving, the Browns would like to thank all of those that give back during the holiday season! Though it is important to #give10 throughout the year, there is nothing quite like helping those in need this time of year!

Name: Cuyahoga Falls High School Hometown: Cuyahoga Falls, OH What you do to give back?
**The Students of Cuyahoga Falls High School take the time to organize and coordinate community service opportunities for the Cuyahoga Falls community. Throughout the school year, students make cards for US servicemen and women that are distributed through the USO of Northern Ohio. This fundraiser is designed to cover the cost of materials to make the cards, and help the USO with shipping costs. In addition to the silent auction that the high school holds, attendees of the varsity basketball game will be given the chance to make a card for a small donation. Thank you for giving back to the men and women who serve or have served our country! 

Name: Kathy 
Hometown: Cleveland, OH What you do to give back? 
For almost 20 years, Kathy has voluntarily organized a National Girls and Women in Sports Day event. Kathy says that over 1,000 girls and their moms have been positively affected and touched by the event in some way since it has started. Kathy says that it is her hope to raise awareness of athletic opportunities for young girls and their moms as a positive, healthy, use of their time. Thanks Kathy! * *

Name: Yvette Hometown: Akron, OH What you do to give back?
**Yvette is helped with a program called, Fadia Young Women's Program that focuses' on work in the inner city of Akron.  Fadia Young Women's Program is a non-profit organization that teaches young girls personal development and prepares young ladies for adulthood. The organizations touches on counseling, back to school financial assistance, and one on one mentoring. Fadia was noted and honored for a number of awards including, best Non-Profit in the Mid-West from Black Celebrity Giving and Mother's On a Mission. Yvette says that Fadia is proof that the small act of giving back is a lifetime gift that keeps on giving.

Name:  Adam
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
What you do to give back?
Adam enjoys giving back to the community in a variety of different ways. This year, Adam was able to work with the local Habitat for Humanity organization to build a house. Adam has also participated in charity runs for his local library and a memorial scholarship fund. Adam belives that there are many reasons why it is important to give back. Adam says that he wants to set an example for his children that helping others is rewarding, and usually fun. Thanks for your hard work, Adam!

Name: Jeff
Hometown: Port Clinton, OH
What you do to give back?
Jeff has been a Lieutenant for the Catawba Island Volunteer Fire Dept. for 19 years. He spends his free time as a Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 360, and a coach for the Port Clinton Piranhas Swim Team.  Jeff says that he feels that there is not enough adults giving back to the youth of the world it only takes one to make a positive difference in a life. Jeff went on to say that he got involved with scouts and swimming to pass along his experiences and knowledge. Thank you for giving back to our youth!

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10.
