How do you give back?
#give10

Name: Miatta
Hometown: Mansfield, OH
How they give back: Miatta is very passionate about learning and inspiring children, and therefore, volunteers for both the Children's Cupboard and Princess Endowment. She volunteers about 20 hours a week and loves to see the children's faces light up especially around Christmas time.

Name: Lucas Servidio
Hometown: North Olmsted, OH
How they give back: Lucas loves to read and because of that, he volunteers at the Book Bank. He likes how he can volunteer his time while doing something that he enjoys. His favorite thing about working at the Book Bank is that sometimes he comes across old books that he used to love and it takes him down memory lane.

Name: Dylan Idding
Hometown: Virginia, OH
How they give back: Dylan likes to volunteer his time in any way that he can. Every week and all throughout winter, Dylan helps mow lawns, shovel snow, and rake leaves for his neighborhood. He loves seeing when someone has a smile and always looks forward to being able to help as the seasons change.

Name: Kim Shey
Hometown: North Olmstead, OH
How they give back: Kim is very passionate about animals and volunteers for Rescue Inn, an organization that helps find fosters for dogs. She loves being able to help these dogs by taking them to their appointments and finding them forever families. Kim's favorite memory from this organization was when she adopted all three of her dogs from this shelter.

Name: Promise McClellan
Hometown: Wooster, OH
How they give back: Promise loves making people happy as "there are many unhappy people in this world." She strives to bring smiles to peoples' faces by volunteering with her local Goodwill and creating other opportunities and community acts. She loves being able to see the impact she has on others and appreciates when she can turn a frown into a smile.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10
