Name: Jamie LaFazia
Hometown: North Smithfield, RI
How they give back:
Jamie is a member of the Browns front office and was Co-lead at the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Awareness walk in Cleveland. Jamie decided to help out with the walk because she saw the opportunity and knew that it was a great cause. She is new to the Cleveland area, but has been volunteering back in her hometown of North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Back home Jamie has helped out with the Make-a-Wish Foundation and some other smaller foundations that sparked her interest.

Name: Julia Melaragno; Emily Schwenn
Hometown: Brecksville, OH
How they give back:
Julia and Emily are both students at Brecksville High School and members of the Lady Bee's golf team. Julia and Emily were both volunteering their time at the Friday night high school football game by helping out at the snack stand. All of the proceeds from this week's game went back to the Golf program, which will help them buy new uniforms and equipment.

Name: Beth Ruf
Hometown: Toledo, OH
How they give back:
Beth has been involved with Division of Youth Service (DYS) for one year.  She volunteered many years ago and found it a very worthwhile organization. With her being able to commit to these families and help improve their lives it makes her want to come to work each day. Beth says that she continues to volunteer because she loves the kids and Diabetes is an overwhelming disease with no cure and no break.  When she is being able to provide education and programming to help support these kids and families it makes it all worthwhile.

Name: Victoria Leahy
Hometown: Mansfield, OH
How they give back:
Victoria is also a member of the Browns front office and was the other Co-lead on the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against breast cancer walk. Victoria decided to help out with the Breast Cancer walk because she has been looking for different opportunities on how to give back to the community. In addition to helping out recently, Victoria used to do other volunteer initiatives to support breast cancer back when she was attending Ohio State University. In addition to breast cancer awareness volunteering, she also is getting involved with Kiwanis club where she will team up with other local adults and do weekly volunteering initiatives with youth in the surrounding communities.

Name: Karen Mitchell
Hometown: Brecksville, OH
How they give back:
Karen was volunteering her time at the High School Game of the Week matchup featuring North Royalton against Brecksville. She was helping out at the snack stand. Karen wanted to help out because her daughter is a member of the Lady Bee's golf team. In addition to donating her time at the snack stand, Karen is also involved with the Parent Student Organization (PSO). Karen says that even after her kids have graduated, she still plans on helping out in some aspect in the future.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10**
