Browns vs. Eagles: Need to Know Game Day Information

MOBILE TICKETING

Starting this season, print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available for entry into all NFL games including Browns home games at FirstEnergy Stadium. Mobile tickets are required and are accessible via the Browns Mobile App​ (click here to download the app).

Browns fans are encouraged to access their tickets through the Cleveland Browns Mobile App for entry into FirstEnergy Stadium. For the smoothest entry possible, fans are encouraged to:

  1. Ensure that the most recent Browns Mobile App update has been downloaded.
  2. Add the ticket(s) to the cell phone's mobile wallet 24 hours in advance of the event.
  3. Have cell phones in-hand with the ticket visible when approaching FirstEnergy Stadium gates and while proceeding through security check-in.

In 2018, Browns season ticket members received paper tickets but are still encouraged to use mobile tickets through the Browns Mobile App.

If fans experience any difficulty on gameday accessing tickets through the Browns Mobile App, they can seek assistance at the Browns ticket office, located on the south side of FirstEnergy Stadium next to the Browns Pro Shop.

ENTERTAINMENT

DAWG POUND DRIVE

Dawg Pound drive is free and open to all fans and features appearances from Browns alumni, photo opportunities with Swagger, DJs and live music, the opportunity to join the Browns First and Ten volunteering movement, food and beverage specials, inflatables for the entire family and more activities each week.

  • LOCATION: Alfred Lerner Way, south side of FirstEnergy Stadium
  • BAND: Billy Morris and the Sunset Strip
  • FOOD TRUCKS: Smash Time and Kona Ice (subject to change)

SEASON TICKET MEMBERS – BENEFIT CARD

Season Ticket Members should bring and swipe their Benefit Card on all concession and merchandise purchase. By swiping your Benefit Card you will be entered for a chance to win a Browns autographed player jersey.

BROWNS GIVE BACK - 50/50 RAFFLE

By purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket, Browns fans can support the team's efforts to improve education in Northeast Ohio and Shoes and Clothes For Kids (SC4K), as well as have the chance to take home half of the day's contributions. 100% of the net charitable proceeds from the raffle benefit the Shoes and Clothes for Kids organization for the duration of the 2018 season.

NEW TO FIRSTENERGY STADIUM

BROWNS MEMORABILIA AUCTION BOOTHS

Going once, Going twice, SOLD! Browns memorabilia will be up for auction at each home game, including pieces representing past and present players and moments.

Auction booths are located near Section 113 on the main concourse and Section 309 and Section 332 for the 7UP City Club and Lake Club, respectively. Auctions start when gates open and bidding closes at the beginning of the 3rd quarter.

KEURIG DR PEPPER

Fans at FirstEnergy Stadium this year will be able to enjoy multiple offerings from Keurig Dr Pepper, the official soda, water and tea sponsor of the Cleveland Browns. Keurig Dr Pepper provides a wide range of beverages that meet virtually any need and fans will find a flavorful selection on hand, including Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, 7UP, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, A&W Root Beer, Bai, RC Cola, Diet RC Cola, Hawaiian Punch Lemonade and Deja Blue water as well as a variety of Snapple products.

FIFTH THIRD BANK GATE

New in 2018, Browns fans will pass through the Fifth Third Bank Gate when entering FirstEnergy Stadium from the northwest corner. Fifth Third, the official retail bank of the Cleveland Browns, will also distribute unique Browns giveaways at this location during select games, including sunglasses, car magnets, gloves and more, as quantities remain available.

Browns fans can also show their passion by registering for a Fifth Third Browns Debit Card, with gameday benefits including a 15 percent discount on items at the FirstEnergy Stadium Pro Shop, as well as other bonuses throughout the year.

DIRECTIONS, TRAFFIC & PARKING

DIRECTIONS

Through the Browns Mobile App, fans are encouraged to access WAZE to determine the best routes to Downtown Cleveland and desired parking lots. WAZE can also be downloaded here: WAZE.

Additionally, preparations for this weekend's InCuya Music Festival in the mall areas of Downtown Cleveland will impact traffic flow within the city, specifically through the following road closures:

  •  East Mall Drive from Lakeside Avenue to St. Clair Avenue
  • West Mall Drive from Lakeside Avenue to St. Clair Avenue
  • St. Clair Avenue from after Marriott Garage to Ontario Street
  • St. Clair Avenue will be closed between East 6th Street and Ontario, Mall A Parking access only from E.6th
  • Lakeside ave reduced to one lane westbound from E6th to Ontario.

DIRECTIONS

Vehicles commuting into Downtown Cleveland are recommended to use alternate traffic routes and minimize usage of the Shoreway's E 9th Street, Lakeside Avenue/W 6th Street and W 3rd Street, particularly approaching and after 6 p.m.

Recommended entry points to Downtown Cleveland are W 25th Street off Eastbound Route 2 when approaching from the west side of Cleveland and Superior Avenue off 90 W when coming from the east side.

· Fans are encouraged to follow @Browns and listen to the team's pregame radio broadcast on ESPN 850 for important updates on traffic patterns.

TRAFFIC

Ongoing construction projects and lane closures on the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway (Route 2) are expected to impact traffic flow in and out of the city

PARKING

Parking lots, managed by the City of Cleveland, located immediately around the stadium are pass-only lots, outside of ADA needs (as space permits). No cash parking is available in these locations, including the North Coast Harbor Lot and Dock 32.

o Browns fans may reserve parking spaces in other nearby parking garages and lots through Parkmobile in advance of the game or on gameday.

Backpacks, fanny packs and purses are not allowed in the stadium. Items permitted: clear plastic totes, 1 gallon clear plastic storage bag, small clutch bag the size of your hand. Click here to view full clear bag policy.

BAG CHECK

Bags that do not meet the FirstEnergy Stadium's clear bag qualifications may be taken to the Bag Check Tents located at the southwest gate or in the northeast corner outside the stadium. Fans may check their bags from pregame through 60 minutes after kickoff with a $10 (cash only) contribution to the Downtown Cleveland Alliance, which manages the Bag Check Tent. Unclaimed bags will be returned to the FirstEnergy Stadium lost and found.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
