At 2-1-1 the Browns are off to their best start in divisional play since the formation of the AFC North in 2002.

The Browns won their first road game since a 33-30 overtime victory at Baltimore on Oct. 11, 2015. The win snapped a streak of 25 consecutive road losses.

The Browns won consecutive games for the first time since 2014.

The Browns won back to back games by double digits for the first time since 2013.

Cleveland’s 28 first half points were its most since totaling 31 at Indianapolis on Dec. 1, 1991.

Rookie QB Baker Mayfield completed 19 of 26 passes for 258 yards and four touchdowns. His four touchdown passes set a Browns rookie record and tied for the sixth-most by any Browns QB in a single game. He has thrown for multiple touchdowns in each of his last five starts, the first Browns rookie to accomplish the feat and the first Brown to do so since Vinny Testaverde in 1994-95. Mayfield is the first Browns QB since Derek Anderson (2007) to throw for at least three touchdowns in consecutive games. Mayfield became the first Brown to pass for four touchdowns in a game sinceBrady Quinn on Nov. 22, 2009 at Detroit. Mayfield is the first Browns player to total at least seven touchdown passes and zero interceptions in consecutive NFL games. In just his eighth career start, Mayfield’s 17 passing touchdowns are the most by a Browns rookie and his 2,242 passing yards are fourth.

Rookie RB Nick Chubb registered 84 rushing yards with one touchdown and added three receptions for 44 yards with one touchdown. Chubb is the first player in franchise history to record a rushing and receiving touchdown in consecutive games. He has five total touchdowns over the past three games. On the season, Chubb’s six rushing touchdowns are tied for the sixth-most by a Browns rookie and his 663 rushing yards ranks sixth among Browns rookies.

The Browns had one interception and one fumble recovery to increase their total to 27 takeaways on the season. The 27 takeaways are their most through 12 weeks since 2001 (31). The Browns entered the week second in the NFL in takeaways after finishing last in 2017 with 13. After 11 games this year, the Browns have a turnover ratio of +14 after finishing 2017 at -28.

DL Myles Garrett recorded one sack to increase his team-leading total to 10.0 this season. He also recorded his first career blocked field goal. Garrett’s 10.0 sacks are tied for the most by a Brown through the first 12 weeks of a season. His total is the most by a Brown since LB Paul Kruger recorded 11.0 in 2014. With 17.0 sacks in just 22 career games, Garrett has the second-most sacks by a Brown in their first two seasons.

DB Damarious Randall recorded his third interception of the season. He has recorded at least three interceptions every season since he entered the league as a first-round pick in 2015.

WR Jarvis Landry recorded three receptions for 30 yards. Landry has recorded at least two receptions in each of his past 74 games, the second-longest active streak in the NFL. His 460 receptions are the most all-time by an NFL player through their first five seasons. Landry is leading the team in receptions (60) and receiving yards (630) this season. His 60 receptions are the seventh-most by a Brown through the first 12 weeks.

Rookie WR Antonio Callaway recorded four receptions for 62 yards and one touchdown. He is tied for the team lead with three receiving touchdowns this season.

TE Darren Fells recorded his second touchdown catch of the season and ninth of his career.

The Browns had four different players record a receiving touchdown for the first time since Nov. 22, 2009 at Detroit when TE Michael Gaines, WR Joshua Cribbs, WR Chansi Stuckey and WR Mohamed Massaquoi each found the end zone.

The Browns took their opening drive 78 yards on 10 plays that was capped off by a 1-yard touchdown run by Chubb. The series marked the Browns’ first opening drive touchdown since Dec. 10, 2017 against Green Bay. Mayfield finished that drive 6 for 6 for 71 yards.

The Bengals opening drive ended with Garrett blocking a 54-yard field goal attempt. It was the Browns’ second blocked field goal of the season.

Cleveland’s 14 first quarter points were its most since Sept. 18, 2016 against Baltimore (20). The total tied for the third-most by the Browns in a first quarter since the club’s return in 1999.

P Britton Colquitt landed one punt inside the 20-yard line. His 30 punts inside the 20 this season are the third-most in franchise history.
