The Cleveland Browns are committed to the community. Through First and Ten, the Dawg Pound is encouraged to share what they are doing to give back. Get inspired and check out what these fans are doing to help their community:
How do you give back?
#give10

Name: Bradley DeAngelis
Hometown:
How they give back: Bradley works for the Cleveland Browns in the football information technology department. Brad visits schools and supports local causes in his communities often. One way he does so is through his church. He currently plays on a church basketball team in his free time. Together, his team chose to donate money to a local school so they could purchase school supplies for the youth in to last them through the 2018-2019 academic year.

Name: Ron Charron
Hometown: Strongsville, OH
How they give back: Ron volunteers with youth sports and Wounded Warriors year round. He loves being able to coach multiple teams per season and it allows him to have a larger impact on those throughout the area. His passion for athletics and military is exciting and he's looking to circumvent the ways he chooses to give back and #give10.

Name: Joshua
Hometown: Middleburg Heights, OH
How they give back: Joshua loves to help people and make a difference. He does so by volunteering with the Church Street Ministries food pantry throughout the summer. One of his favorite aspects of working with this organization is when he gets to help veterans and see how grateful they are.

Name: Mike Belsito
Hometown: Lakewood, OH
How they give back: Mike is very passionate about helping entrepreneurs and through this opportunity, Mike started his own organization called Start Up Lakewood. He volunteers here once a week, and loves being able to see the people he works with launch their own businesses.

Name: Sydney Failing
Hometown: Lorain, OH
How they give back: Sydney loves working with kids and therefore volunteers with the National Basketball Academy every summer. Sydney loves forming relationships with each kid and being able to teach those kids not only how to play the game correctly, but how to display good sportsmanship.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 2.0 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10
