Thank you to the following individuals who are giving back! We encourage community service and all acts of giving back and are proud of our fans who continue to make a difference.  These outstanding individuals are pillars in their communities and inspire us all to #give10.

Name: Low Country Browns Backers

Hometown: Mt. Pleasant, SC

What they do to give back:

Low Country Browns Backers are ever present in their community, working with a number of community programs including Charleston Kids, a charity for kids with disabilities such as artificial limbs or wheel chairs.  They also #give10 with East Cooper Community Outreach, where they hold their annual food drive, and the Charleston Basket Brigade, which provides Thanksgiving dinners for families in need.  In addition, they have an ongoing "Pennies for Puppies" Drive, and are adopting several area families for Christmas to provide holiday gifts for Nursing Home patients.*  *

Name: Pikes Peak Browns Backers

Hometown: Colorado Springs, CO

What they do to give back:

The Pikes Peak Browns Backers just recently held their 22nd Annual Dawg Food Drive.  They collected over 1000 pounds of dog and cat food from their members, in addition to raising monetary funds.  All of their hard work paid off, as they donated the food and cash to Street Petz, a local organization that provides food and veterinary care for the pets of the homeless and anyone who can't afford care for their animals.

Name: Central Texas Dawg Pound

Hometown: Harker Heights, TX

What they do to give back:

The Central Texas Dawg Pound has teamed up with The Wreath for Vets Program (www.wreathsforvets.org) and a local eatery, where on designated days where 10% of proceeds go to this non-profit organization. They go the extra mile by also holding car washes, raffles and other fundraisers so that they can provide wreaths during the holidays for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice and served their country. They also take the time to #give10 by placing wreaths on all markers at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Name:Browns Backers of Pinellas

Hometown:Gulfport, FL

What they do to give back:

Dawgs Helping Dogs is just one charity that the Browns Backers of Pinellas supports. Their club spends the whole month of September raising funds to provide food & supplies for shelter dogs awaiting their forever homes at Pinellas County Animal Services.  They also sold Harry London Chocolate bars, as well as held a Penny Jar Competition to raise additional funds. The shelter dogs will be receiving another 500+ pounds of food & supplies, adding to their total of 900 pounds over the last 2 years! Browns Backers of Pinellas members also #give10 by spending time walking and sharing love with the dogs.

Name: Northern Nevada Browns Backers (High Desert Dawg Pound)

Hometown: Reno, NV

What they do to give back:

Northern Nevada Browns Backers have been supporting there local community going on a decade now. For the last 9 years, the High Desert Dawg Pound has been raising money for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. In addition, they hold a yearly silent auction with all monies raised from that auction going towards the Food Bank. There continued efforts to #give10 has made a difference in Northern Nevada.
