The Browns defeated the Titans, 27-24, courtesy of another walk-off field goal from K Andre Szmyt. With three seconds remaining, Szmyt lined up to hit the field goal. Cleveland improves to 5-2 with the win and remains in first place in the AFC North.

After allowing touchdowns on the Titans' opening two drives, the Browns clawed back to take a 3-point lead at halftime. When the Titans tied the game with under a minute left in the fourth quarter, QB Deshaun Watson orchestrated a 4-play, 55-yard drive to set up the game-winning field goal attempt. For the fifth time this season, the Browns orchestrated a fourth-quarter go-ahead scoring drive.

Watson finished the game completing 25 of 36 passing attempts with 308 yards, adding a touchdown on the ground. The game marks Watson's first 300-yard passing game with the Browns.

Key Moments

Andre Szmyt nails game-winning field goal

For the second time in as many games, Szmyt proved to be the hero for the Browns in walk-off fashion. Szymt converted on a 32-yard field to lift the Browns past the Titans and remain atop the AFC North.

When the Titans tied the game up with under a minute left, the Browns offense did what they've done in each of their wins so far this season — lead a go-ahead fourth quarter drive. Watson connected with TE Harold Fannin Jr. for a 36-yard completion to set up the game-winning attempt.

Titans tie game with late touchdown

The Titans' offense led an 11-play, 63-yard drive to tie the game with under a minute remaining in the fourth quarter.

QB Cam Ward connected with WR Elic Ayomanor on fourth-and-8 to keep the drive alive and move the ball to Cleveland's 17-yard line. Ward then found WR Carnell Tate for an 18-yard reception to the Browns' 1-yard line, where RB Tony Pollard found the end zone for the third time in the game.

Deshaun Watson leads fourth touchdown drive

The Browns' offense found themselves in a familiar position when the Titans tied the game midway through the fourth quarter. Cleveland marched 71 net yards in eight plays, finding the end zone with under five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter to pull ahead.

WR KC Concepcion Jr. added to his big day on the drive, bouncing off tacklers for an 18-yard gain to the Titans' 9-yard line. On the next play, Watson found the end zone with his legs to give the Browns the lead 24-17.

KC Concepcion Jr. posts career-day to lead Browns' offense

Concepcion was all over the field for the Browns' offense, finishing the game with eight receptions for 129 yards. Both totals mark career-highs for Concepcion, who the Browns selected with the 24th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. He also carried the ball three times for 23 yards, helping set up their fourth-quarter touchdown.

On the first drive of the game, Concepcion made his presence felt quickly, taking a screen pass 23 yards on third-and-7. Concepcion brought in a 32-yard reception to help set up RB Quinshon Judkins' game-tying touchdown in the second quarter. Late in the first half, Concepcion caught a 15-yard pass to set up Szmyt with a 28-yard field goal to give the Browns the lead entering halftime. Concepcion recorded all eight of his receptions for 129 yards in the first half, showing off his ability to make plays in space.

Quinshon Judkins finds the end zone twice in first half

Entering the game with one rushing touchdown through his first five games in 2026, Judkins doubled that number in the first half. On the Browns' second drive of the game, Judkins hit a hole down the left sideline for a 30-yard pickup, his longest run of the season so far. Judkins punched it home from five yards out on the next play to cut the Titans' early first quarter lead in half.

After CB Denzel Ward intercepted Cam Ward around midway through the second quarter to give the Browns momentum back, Judkins capped off the ensuing 8-play, 78-yard drive with a 6-yard touchdown run. Effectively establishing the run has been a priority for the Browns' offense, a goal that they accomplished. They ran for a season-high 183 yards on 29 rushing attempts.

Browns struggle to contain RB Tony Pollard on first two drives

The Browns struggled to contain Pollard out of the gate, leading to an early deficit. Pollard found the end zone twice on the Titans' first two drives, rushing the ball eight times for 77 yards and two touchdowns. He finished the game with 25 carries for 129 yards and three touchdowns.

On the first drive of the game, Pollard found a hole through the middle of the Browns' defense for a 36-yard touchdown run to jumpstart the game's scoring. Pollard scored his second touchdown of the game on Tennessee's next drive from 10 yards out following an interception from Watson that set up the Tennessee's offense.
