The Cleveland Browns have signed DB Jeremiah McKinnon to the practice squad. The move follows RB Dontrell Hilliard’s elevation to the club’s active roster.
McKinnon is 5-11, 192 pounds and officially in his first NFL season out of Florida International. He spent the first four weeks this season on the Browns’ practice squad and was elevated to the club’s active roster on Oct. 2. McKinnon contributed on special teams in his NFL debut Week 5 against the Baltimore Ravens. He was waived yesterday, Oct. 9.
