WR Kasen Williams

Board, Calitro, Hartfield, Howard, Rounds and Salako finished the season on the Browns' practice squad. Webb was inactive in Week 16 and was waived on Dec. 29. Williams appeared in seven games and finished the season on practice squad/injured.
