The Browns on Saturday signed RB A.J. Ouellette. To make room, Cleveland waived T Ka'John Armstrong.

Ouellette (pronounced oh-LET) is a 5-9, 208-pound rookie out of Ohio University. He was originally signed by the Saints as an undrafted free agent. He is a native of Covington, Ohio.
