The Browns fell to the Bengals 17-16 in their first game of the season at Huntington Bank Field on Sunday.

A tipped interception from QB Joe Flacco with 1:30 all but sealed the win for Cincinnati. The Browns were down by one point for the final 17:52 of the game, but were not able to score in the last stretch of the game.

Here are 10 key numbers from the Browns' Week 1 loss against the Bengals.

1 – How many third-down conversions the Bengals had in the second half. After going 6-for-7 on third down conversions in the first half, the Browns' defense locked in. Cincinnati went 1-for-7 on third downs in the second half. Two of the stops on third down came from CB Greg Newsome II forcing two incompletions while guarding WR Ja'Marr Chase. DE Isaiah McGuire made a third-down stop by sacking Bengals QB Joe Burrow. LB Carson Schwesinger forced a fourth down by dislodging the ball from RB Chase Brown's hands with a big hit.

2 – The number of interceptions that Flacco threw. Flacco's pair of interceptions hit off the hands of his intended receivers and into the arms of the Bengals defenders. The second interception came with less than 1:30 left to go in the game.

3 – The number of consecutive sacks the Browns made, forcing a Bengals three-and-out. After not having a sack all game, the Browns' defensive line found their way to Burrow in the fourth quarter with less than 10 minutes remaining. DE Myles Garrett had the first two sacks of the possession before DE Isaiah McGuire tacked on a sack on third-and-21.

9:50 – The time of possession from the Browns first possession of the game. Following the Bengals starting the game with the ball, the Browns took their time moving the ball down the field. Across 16 plays, 67 yards and eight first downs, the Browns scored a touchdown to tie the game at a touchdown a piece. RB Raheim Sanders finished the drive, bulldozing his way to the end zone on a 1-yard touchdown run.

23 – The number of rushing attempts the Bengals had. The stout run defense the Browns showcased in the preseason translated into the regular season. On the Bengals' 23 rushing attempts, they managed to record 46 rushing yards, averaging two yards per rush.

59 – The combined amount of receiving yards that Bengals' wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins had. On Sunday, Higgins had 33 yards on three receptions while Chase caught two passes for 26 yards.

66 – The number of receiving yards WR Jerry Jeudy finished with in Week 1. Jeudy caught five passes for 66 receiving yards.

93 – The number of yards from scrimmage RB Dylan Sampson finished with in his first NFL regular season game. Sampson carried the ball for 29 rushing yards, but he showed out in the receiving game, recording 64 yards on eight receptions.

113 – The number of passing yards that the Browns gave up to Burrow. The Browns held Burrow in check as he completed just 14-of-23 passing attempts and threw one touchdown pass.

290 – The number of passing yards that Flacco had in his return as the starting quarterback of the Browns. Flacco completed 31-of-45 passing attempts against Cincinnati as well as throwing a touchdown to WR Cedric Tillman to put the Browns up 16-14 in the third quarter.
