The Cleveland Browns signed two players to the reserve/futures list:

OL David Bright
DB Ashton Lampkin

Bright is 6-5, 305 pound rookie out of Stanford. He missed the 2018 NFL season while rehabbing an injury.
Bright is a native of Yorba Linda, Calif.

Lampkin spent the final three weeks of the season on the Browns' practice squad.
