Browns sign WR David Richards

The Cleveland Browns have signed WR David Richards.

Richards is a 6-3, 205-pound rookie out of Arizona, who signed with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent on May 5. In 48 career games at Arizona, he recorded 110 receptions for 1,205 yards and 11 touchdowns. A native of Palmdale, Calif., he graduated from Palmdale High School.
