Are you a football team mom, or do you know a deserving team mom? USA Football will select 100 Team Moms and award them with a Team Mom Pack, full of game day accessories. Ten (10) finalists will be selected by an online vote to compete for the Team Mom of the Year Award, which includes a $5,000 grant for equipment and an AED for your organization and a Team Mom of the Year jersey. Each of the 10 finalists will receive a $1,000 equipment grant for your organization as well as extra game day accessories.
VOTING:
USA Football will showcase 100 team moms for their dedication to their teams and communities.
Twenty (20) nominees will be announced each week for a 5-week period from mid-October to mid-November.
Nominees will compete within their groups to obtain the most online votes. Nominees will utilize social media to promote participation in the contest. Group winners will be named finalists for the USA Football Team Mom of the Year Award. USA Football will select a grand prize winner from the top 10 finalists in December.
TOP 100 NOMINEES:
Each of the 100 nominees will receive a Team Mom Pack from USA Football, including game day accessories.
TOP 10 FINALISTS:
In addition to the nominee prizes, each of the 10 finalists will receive:
– $1,500 Equipment Grant (credit with Riddell)
– Team Mom Pack, including game day accessories
1 GRAND PRIZE:
The grand prize winner will receive the following from USA Football:
– $5,000 grant for equipment and an AED (credit with Riddell and Physio-Control)
