The Browns ruled out three players for Sunday's game against the Broncos before taking off for Denver.
Safety Damarious Randall (hamstring), nickel cornerback Eric Murray (knee) and tight end Pharaoh Brown (concussion) won't be available. Earlier in the day, defensive tackle Daniel Ekuale was placed on injured reserve with a calf injury.
Swing tackle Kendall Lamm (knee) is questionable. He has not seen the field since Week 1.
This will be the second straight game Cleveland is without Randall, who suffered his injury near the end of the Browns' Week 6 loss to the Seahawks. Without him against New England, the Browns deployed a mix of Jermaine Whitehead, Morgan Burnett and Juston Burris to compensate for the loss.
Murray has predominantly played in the slot this season. Veteran T.J. Carrie and others are the likely options to help fill the void.
Though they were limited throughout the week of practice, Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. do not carry any injury status heading into Sunday's game.
