The Browns announced the game statuses for seven players head of their Week 18 matchup against the Bengals.

TE Harold Fannin Jr., TE David Njoku, LB Winston Reid and LB Carson Schwesinger are out for the final game of the season.

Fannin initially sustained a groin injury on Dec. 26 in practice and then re-aggravated the injury on his touchdown reception in the first quarter of Week 17. Fannin did not participate in practice throughout the week.

Njoku will miss his fourth consecutive game with a knee injury. He suffered the knee injury in the second quarter of Week 14 against the Titans and did not return to the game. Njoku did not participate in practice throughout the week.

"Disappointed for Dave," head coach Kevin Stefanski said. "It's part of the game. Sometimes you're unable to go because of your body, and he'll work really hard to get as healthy as he can get. But yes, disappointing for him and that's unfortunate."

Reid was a limited participant in practice as he returns from a back injury. The Browns first opened Reid's practice window on Dec. 17.

Schwesinger will miss his first game of the season with quad and ankle injuries. He did not participate in practice throughout the week. Stefanski does not believe the quad muscle injury will be a long-term issue.

"This kid has been unbelievable," Stefanski said. "So, for him to play in that game with the injury he had is absolutely remarkable. And then he just can't go this week. So, I cannot say enough good things about Carson Schwesinger. I've said a lot of good things. It's just incredible what he means to the middle of this defense. He's just a great kid, but in context now with the injury he had for him to play in that game, the way he did is unbelievable."

CB Myles Harden, G Teven Jenkins and C Kingsley Eguakun are all listed as questionable heading into Week 18. Harden was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday as he works through a shoulder injury.

Jenkins continues to progress after sustaining a concussion in Week 17. He did not participate in practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday. Stefanski said Jenkins has not cleared the concussion protocol yet, but if he does clear, he will start at right guard in Week 18.

Eguakun, who the Browns signed on Dec. 31, did not participate in practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday with knee and shoulder injuries.
