She is an animal welfare advocate and board member for the Lake Humane Society in Mentor, OH. She is also a member of the fundraising committee that raises funds to provide medical care and housing for the animals as well as finding them loving, permanent homes. Lori is passionate about this cause because all three of her pets are rescue animals. She also believes with all her heart that every animal deserves someone to love and care for them for the rest of their life. The Lake Humane Society has made her a better person and she wants to share with others so that they may be inspired to help at their local shelter. She is a season ticket holder who loves the Browns and loves to #give10. Thanks for sharing your story Lori and for helping those animals by how you #give10.* *

Name:Zach BleileHometown:Cleveland Heights, OH
How they give back: Zach pledged to #give10 last year and has continued to show his commitment to the community ever since. This year he made it a family affair by gathering his loved ones together to help support those in need during the holidays. For thanksgiving his family along with a few others in the community, hosted a free Thanksgiving dinner. They served the food to anyone in the area who needed a hot meal. People came to the school cafeteria to eat, but the incredible part was that they also delivered meals door-to-door! It's become a yearly tradition of giving back to feed others and #give10 during the holiday season! Go Browns!!!! That's exactly what we're talking about. Spread some holiday cheer by helping your neighbors and the people in your community. Thanks Zach! You're a First and Ten rockstar!

Name:William SandersHometown:Cleveland, Ohio
How they give back: William a school teacher who has worked hard to make a difference in his community by furthering the students' education as well as health and wellness. He began an after school tutoring program through his organization Team Sanders Inc., students could use as a safe haven to stay out of trouble, eat a hot meal and finish their homework. He and his team are currently doing a project in which they are working to provide one family with a home. They are cleaning out the deserted house to have it ready for the student, his mom and siblings before the winter. You know the incredible impact you're making on those young people and we applaud you for getting others involved and raising funds for that student and his family during the holidays. Kudos William, you #give10 and more!

Name:Chris ZyskHometown:Youngstown
How they give back: Chris is a wound care nurse in the Youngstown area who donates time daily to help less fortunate with wound care supplies and treatment. Not everyone can afford to get treatment that is needed to sustain life. Chris says "I have the resources and time to do it so I do." Chris is a full time student and a full time nurse. Go Browns!!! Thanks for taking extra hours to volunteer your time to #give10 and focus on the health and wellness of those in your community. You are appreciated. Thank you.

Name:Al Raddatz
Hometown:Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Al is the founder of the Sub Zero Mission. Sub Zero is a veteran run group that is using what they have, time and resources to help others. Even after serving the country they feel they can do more on home soil. They deliver warming items to the local homeless, mostly in the Cleveland area. Last year they handed out more than 1,500 coats to those who had to brave the cold, harsh winters. They also provided sleeping bags, tents, hats, gloves, socks and other cold-weather clothing items. Across 15 cities and four states they continued to connect and help others in need. Al is a huge Browns fan who puts a ton of time into this charity, even more than 10 hours a year because it is truly his passion. Veterans helping Veterans and Americans helping Americans, that's what they hang their hats on. Thanks Al, for all you do to help your community, as well as others around the nation.
