The Cleveland Browns have signed DL Brian Price to the active roster from the practice squad. To make room, the team released DL Devaroe Lawrence.
Price is 6-2, 322 pounds and officially in his second NFL season out of Texas-San Antonio. Originally signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2016, Price has appeared in 10 career games with one start with nine tackles. This season, Price started Week 2 for the Oakland Raiders and registered one tackle after he was claimed via waivers from the Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 3. He was signed to the Browns' practice squad on Sept. 21. Price is a native of Lafayette, Ind.
Lawrence appeared in one game this season and was inactive the past three contests.
