The Cleveland Browns have elevated LB Xavier Woodson-Luster to the active roster. To make room on the roster, the team placed TE Orson Charles (ankle) on the injured reserve list. Additionally, the team signed DB Ashton Lampkin to the practice squad and placed DB Robert Jackson (hamstring) on the practice squad/injured list.

He was waived on Oct. 25 and added back to the practice squad on Oct. 30.

Lampkin totaled 111 tackles, five interceptions, 12 passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery at Oklahoma State. He’s a native of Oklahoma City, Okla.
