The Cleveland Browns have signed DT Sam Kamara to the active roster from the practice squad and placed DT Maliek Collins (quad) on injured reserve. The team also signed DT Simeon Barrow Jr., G Jack Conley, RB Ahmani Marshall and LB Mark Robinson to the practice squad. The club also placed DE Julian Okwara on practice squad/injured and released LB Eugene Asante from the practice squad.
Kamara (6-0, 272) is in his third NFL season out of Stony Brook. Originally signed by the Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2021, he has appeared in 24 career games. He has appeared in 16 games with the Browns from 2022-25, including two this season. Kamara will wear No. 92.
Collins started the first 12 games and is second on the team with a career-high 6.5 sacks. He has added 25 tackles, seven tackles for a loss and one fumble recovery.
Barrow Jr. (6-3, 283) is in his rookie season out of Miami (Fla). He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Atlanta Falcons and spent time on the Browns' practice squad earlier this season. He will wear No. 58.
Conley (6-7, 333) is in his rookie season out of Boston College. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the New England Patriots and spent time on the Lions' and Patriots' practice squads earlier this season. He will wear No. 67.
Marshall (6-1, 225) is in his rookie season out of Appalachian State. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Browns and spent time on the teams' practice squad earlier this season. He will wear No. 23.
Robinson (5-11, 235) is in his fourth NFL season out of Mississippi. Originally drafted by the Steelers in the seventh round in 2022, Robinson has appeared in 46 career games. He has recorded 34 career tackles, three forced fumbles and one sack. This season, he has appeared in games with the Patriots (three), Jets (three) and Steelers (two). Robinson will wear No. 47.
