The Browns announced the game status for one player ahead of their season opener against the Bengals.

"You want to have your full complement of players for Week 1," head coach Kevin Stefanski said. "So, proud that we're able to do that, but I also think it's a testament to how hard these guys have worked all offseason. I think back to what they have put their bodies through in April, May and June, and then coming back through the dog days of summer and to get through the preseason and all those things they have been building towards this, and I think that's a great testament to their work."

DT Mike Hall Jr. Jr. is out for Week 1 with a knee injury. Hall continues to rehab from a knee injury he sustained in Week 18 of the 2024 season. He did not participate in practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday.

"He's progressing really well, this was all part of the plan in getting him up to speed," Stefanski said of Hall. "Not this week, but we'll just keep going."

DE Myles Garrett, who did not participate in practice on Thursday with a hip injury, returned to practice on Friday. He did not have a game status heading into Week 1.

"Just was feeling a little uncomfortable," Stefanski said. "He's good to go."
