Mock Draft Roundup

2020 ClevelandBrowns.com Mock Draft 2.0

It's only been a few weeks since ClevelandBrowns.com Mock Draft 1.0, but, oh, how things have changed around the NFL.

We accounted for all of those happenings, including the swaps of multiple first-round picks, in our second crack at pegging the Browns' picks at No. 10 and No. 41.

Before it's the Browns' turn to take the podium, Andrew Gribble, Nathan Zegura and Jason Gibbs are on the clock.

Andrew Gribble

Check out Andrew Gribble's picks for the 2020 NFL Draft first round and the Browns' pick in the second round.

1. Bengals — QB Joe Burrow (LSU)
2. Redskins — DE Chase Young (Ohio State)
3. Lions — CB Jeff Okudah (Ohio State)
4. Giants — OT Mekhi Becton (Louisville)
5. Dolphins — QB Tua Tagovailoa (Alabama)
6. Chargers — QB Justin Herbert (Oregon)
7. Panthers — LB Isaiah Simmons (Clemson)
8. Cardinals — OT Jedrick Wills Jr. (Alabama)
9. Jaguars — OT Tristan Wirfs (Iowa)
10. BROWNS — OT Andrew Thomas (Georgia) — The Browns cap a run on offensive tackles by taking the one who had arguably the best college career of any of them. With the addition of Jack Conklin at right tackle, Thomas enters as the odds-on favorite to take over on the left side.
11. Jets — DT Derrick Brown (Auburn)
12. Raiders — DE K'Lavon Chaisson (LSU)
13. 49ers — WR CeeDee Lamb (Oklahoma)
14. Buccaneers — DT Javon Kinlaw (South Carolina)
15. Broncos — WR Jerry Jeudy (Alabama)
16. Falcons — CB CJ Henderson (Florida)
17. Cowboys — CB A.J. Terrell (Clemson)
18. Dolphins — OT Josh Jones (Houston)
19. Raiders — WR Henry Ruggs III (Alabama)
20. Jaguars — LB Patrick Queen (LSU)
21. Eagles — WR Tee Higgins (Clemson)
22. Vikings — DE Yetur Gross-Matos (Penn State)
23. Patriots — QB Jordan Love (Utah State)
24. Saints — WR Justin Jefferson (LSU)
25. Vikings — OT Ezra Cleveland (Boise State)
26. Dolphins — S Xavier McKinney (Alabama)
27. Seahawks — DT Ross Blacklock (TCU)
28. Ravens — S Grant Delpit (LSU)
29. Titans — CB Kristian Fulton (LSU)
30. Packers — LB Kenneth Murray (Oklahoma)
31. 49ers — OT Austin Jackson (USC)
32. Chiefs — RB J.K. Dobbins (Ohio State)

2nd Round

41) BROWNS — EDGE Terrell Lewis (Alabama) — Even after free agency, the Browns still need to give Myles Garrett and Co. some more help at push rusher. Lewis is a first-round talent who dealt with multiple injuries throughout his character. His upside, talent and athleticism make him too tough to pass up at this spot.

Nathan Zegura

Check out Nathan Zegura's picks for the 2020 NFL Draft first round and the Browns' pick in the second round.

1. Bengals — QB Joe Burrow (LSU)
2. Redskins – DE Chase Young (Ohio State)
3. Lions – CB Jeff Okudah (Ohio State)
4. Giants — LB Isaiah Simmons (Clemson)
5. Dolphins — QB Tua Tagovailoa (Alabama)
6. Chargers – QB Justin Herbert (Oregon)
7. Panthers – DT Derrick Brown (Auburn)
8. Cardinals – OT Mekhi Becton (Louisville)
9. Jaguars – WR Jerry Jeudy (Alabama)
10. BROWNS – OT Tristan Wirfs (Iowa) – The Browns find every team's dream scenario when the best player available also fits their biggest need. Andrew Berry will run to the podium to select the top tackle on the board and, in this scenario with the run on QBs, they are able to land Wirfs, who absolutely electrified athletically at the NFL Combine.
11. Jets – OT Andrew Thomas (Georgia)
12. Raiders – WR CeeDee Lamb (Oklahoma)
13. 49ers – WR Henry Ruggs III (Alabama)
14. Buccaneers – OT Jedrick Wills Jr. (Alabama)
15. Broncos – WR Justin Jefferson (LSU)
16. Falcons – DT Javon Kinlaw (South Carolina)
17. Cowboys – DE K'Lavon Chaisson (LSU)
18. Dolphins – CB CJ Henderson (Florida)
19. Raiders – CB A.J. Terrell (Clemson)
20. Jaguars – S Xavier McKinney (Alabama)
21. Eagles – WR Brandon Aiyuk (Arizona State)
22. Vikings – CB Trevon Diggs (Alabama)
23. Patriots – QB Jordan Love (Utah State)
24. Saints – DT Russ Blacklock (TCU)
25. Vikings – WR Tee Higgins (Clemson)
26. Dolphins – OT Josh Jones (Houston)
27. Seahawks – CB Kristian Fulton (LSU)
28. Ravens – LB Kenneth Murray (Oklahoma)
29. Titans – OT Austin Jackson (USC)
30. Packers – WR K.J. Hamler (Penn State)
31. 49ers – DT Raekown Davis (Alabama)
32. Chiefs — CB Damon Arnette (Ohio State)

2nd Round

41. BROWNS – DE Yetur Gross-Matos (Penn State) – After addressing the top need on the offensive line, the Browns turn their attention to the defensive line early in Round 2. The run on receivers and tackles pushes some talented edge players into the early second round, and the Browns pounce on Gross-Matos, who could step in and quickly become the long term running buddy to Myles Garrett. He is an incredible athlete who has the chance to have a very high ceiling as a double-digit sack generator in the NFL.

Jason Gibbs

Check out Jason Gibbs' picks for the 2020 NFL Draft first round and the Browns' pick in the second round.

1. Bengals – QB Joe Burrow (LSU)
2. Redskins – DE Chase Young (Ohio State)
3. Lions – CB Jeff Okudah (Ohio State)
4. Giants – OT Mekhi Becton (Louisville)
5. Miami – QB Tua Tagovailoa (Alabama)
6. Chargers – QB Justin Herbert (Oregon)
7. Panthers – LB Isaiah Simmons (Clemson)
8. Cardinals – OT Tristan Wirfs (Iowa)
9. Jaguars – DT Derrick Brown (Auburn)
10. BROWNS – OT Andrew Thomas (Georgia) – In my last mock, I had the Browns taking Jedrick Wills Jr. Well, we have a RT right now. He was the best OL in free agency. I'm assuming Wills can make the move successfully from RT, where he played at Alabama, to LT but I'm not willing to wait. Plug and play now!
11. Jets – WR CeeDee Lamb (Oklahoma)
12. Raiders – WR Jerry Jeudy (Alabama)
13. 49ers – WR Henry Ruggs III (Alabama)
14. Buccaneers – OT Jedrick Wills Jr. (Alabama)
15. Broncos – DT Javon Kinlaw (South Carolina)
16. Falcons – CB CJ Henderson (Florida)
17. Cowboys – DE K'Lavon Chaisson (LSU)
18. Dolphins – OT Josh Jones (Houston)
19. Raiders – CB A.J. Terrell (Clemson)
20. Jaguars – S Xavier McKinney (Alabama)
21. Eagles – WR Justin Jefferson (LSU)
22. Vikings – CB Trevon Diggs (Alabama)
23. Patriots – LB Patrick Queen (LSU)
24. Saints – LB Kenneth Murray (Oklahoma)
25. Vikings – DT Ross Blacklock (TCU)
26. Dolphins – RB D'Andre Swift (Georgia)
27. Seahawks – DE Yetur Gross-Matos (Penn State)
28. Ravens - OL Cesar Ruiz (Michigan)
29. Titans – OT Ezra Cleveland (Boise State)
30. Packers – WR Tee Higgins (Clemson)
31. 49ers – S Grant Delpit (LSU)
32. Chiefs – CB Kristian Fulton (LSU)

2nd Round

41. BROWNS – S Antoine Winfield Jr. (Minnesota) - The Browns need to address a few holes on the defense. They are going to need help at safety. As much as I'd love to have Wisconsin LB Zack Baun, he won't be there at 41. Winfield may not be either, but there are enough people that think he falls that I'm game for running to the podium to turn in the card at pick 41 for him.
