Kitchens opted to give other wide receivers first-team reps and rest his top two receivers. Strong had two receptions for 11 yards while Willies made two catches for 16 yards

-- D'Ernest Johnson led the running backs with 31 snaps and received 10 special teams snaps.
-- After sitting out in the second preseason game, Baker Mayfield received 36 snaps and will sit out until Week 1 after head coach Freddie Kitchens said he will rest starters in the fourth preseason game.
-- Quarterbacks David Blough and Drew Stanton each received 12 snaps. Garrett Gilbert did not play.
-- Myles Garrett, who missed practice time last week with an illness, received six snaps while the rest of the defensive line starters all appeared in at least 20 snaps.
-- Rookie linebacker Mack Wilson, who won the 2019 Maurice Bassett Award, led defensive players with 43 snaps.
